sangat bagus info pasal kalori ni...esp for those yang nak berdiet secara sihat..jumlah kalori bg wanita dewasa 1600-2000 kal/day..bagi lelaki 2000 – 2500 kcal/day..


tapi aku rase tu jumlah yang aktif..kalo tak aktif am aju ni cukup la 1500 kal sehari.. lets count our calories..
